A Governor’s Inn, or The Farnsworth House, as it was originally known, is seated at the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, in the heart of historic Buckhannon, West Virginia. It was built in the late 19th century by State Senate President, and interim Governor of West Virginia, Daniel D.T. Farnsworth.
